If you’re booking a colour with us for the first time, or if your last visit was over six months ago, we will ask you to pop in for a complimentary 15 minute appointment to discuss the colour you require and undertake a patch test. We’ll apply a small amount of product to check that you don’t have an allergic reaction. It’s very rare for people to have reactions but your care is our top priority so don’t be offended if we insist on this even if you’ve had similar treatments elsewhere.
