All stylists and therapists are fully qualified. All treatments are private and confidential The clinic is registered with East Suffolk Council and the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology.
In general it’s best to phone or visit the salon to make an appointment or have a confidential conversation about your beauty needs. We understand that contacting a beauty clinic for the first time can feel a little intimidating. With Angels there’s no need to worry, you’ll find a friendly welcome at the end of the phone or when you visit us in person. Your stylist or therapist is part of a unique well trained professional team whose focus is your experience and welfare.
When you visit Angels we’ll complete a record card and may ask (depending on treatments) about any medical conditions that you have including pregnancy (for the ladies). The information you provide is confidential and will not be shared.
Depending on the treatment you’re booking, we may ask you to undertake a free patch test at least 48 hours before the treatment. This is usually only required if you’re having a new treatment or haven’t had one in six months. We’ll apply a small amount of product to check that you don’t have an allergic reaction. It’s very rare for people to have reactions but your care is our top priority so please don’t be offended if we insist on this even if you’ve had similar treatments elsewhere.
If you’re unable to make your appointment please give us as much notice as possible. Regrettably a 50% charge of the treatment total will be applied if we are not notified 24 hours in advance.
Whilst you’re with us please pop your phone on silent to ensure that you and other clients make the most of your escape to Angels.
We accept most credit cards or debit cards. We also offer vouchers in salon or with payment over the phone if you wish to discreetly purchase treatments for a friend or loved one. We’ll post the vouchers to you, the recipient of your choice or have them available in Salon for their visit.
